Welcome to the official website of Cedar Hill Public Improvement District #1 at High Pointe (HPPID). It is the desire of the HPPID that this website serves as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and local community.
The High Pointe PID, created October 13, 1998, is governed by five to seven at-large directors that are lot owners within the District, that are nominated and elected by the lot owners of the District and then appointed by the City Council to serve for a period of two years, subject to the terms and conditions of the City Council approved by-laws established for the District.
Homeowners can find useful information about the HPPID, including:
scheduled meetings, minutes, policies, forms, social events, links to neighborhood resources, and more.
